2. Project note

ReachR is currently a pre-launch project by Aiond Management & Consulting UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and Rob Ferrone. A separate ReachR legal entity does not yet exist.

Contact form submissions are currently processed through Lovable. Depending on the technical implementation, form submissions may be temporarily processed or stored within Lovable systems and are then forwarded to us.

Our email address info@discoverreachr.com is operated using Hostinger Mail. Hostinger may process email metadata and message content as a technical service provider for email delivery, storage and security.

We use this data to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential collaboration, prepare a conversation, provide information about ReachR or take pre-contractual steps.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a potential cooperation, proposal or contract. Where processing serves general communication, business development or the documentation of communication, it is also based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4.3 Project-related information

If you provide information about a transformation project, rollout, system initiative or change program, we process this information only to assess your inquiry, prepare a conversation, create a proposal or discuss how ReachR may support your initiative.

Please do not send us confidential company data, personal employee data or sensitive information unless this has been explicitly agreed and is necessary.

9. Project partner access

Rob Ferrone is involved in the ReachR pre-launch project as a project partner.

Contact inquiries are initially received and reviewed by Dr. Robert Schrobenhauser. If your inquiry relates to ReachR and involvement of Rob Ferrone is useful or necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare a conversation, evaluate a potential project or support business development for ReachR, relevant contact details and project-related information may be shared with him.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where this is necessary for pre-contractual steps, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR where we have a legitimate interest in jointly assessing and responding to ReachR-related inquiries.

10. Other recipients of personal data

Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate the website, provide communication services, involve relevant project partners or comply with legal obligations.

Possible recipients include:

Lovable Labs Incorporated is based in the United States. Therefore, personal data may be transferred to or processed in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, such transfer takes place only in accordance with Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission or appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Hostinger International Ltd. is based in Cyprus, within the European Union. However, depending on the technical setup, service providers may use additional infrastructure or subprocessors. Where this involves transfers outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, such transfers are subject to the requirements of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR.

12. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes.

  • Contact inquiries are generally stored for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and continue business communication.
  • If no cooperation results, we delete the data after an appropriate period unless statutory retention obligations or legitimate interests prevent deletion.
  • Business-relevant communication may be stored longer in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
  • Server log files are stored only for as long as necessary for security, error analysis and website operation.
  • Technical cookies are stored only for the duration required for their respective technical purpose.
